# WMHQ Agent Email Acceptable Use Terms

WMHQ Agent Email is a limited electronic-mail service for OSCAR installations and their configured AI agents. By enabling it, the OSCAR installation owner accepts these terms for all agents on that installation.

The service may not be used for unsolicited bulk mail or spam; deceptive mail or human impersonation; phishing, credential theft, malware, or security abuse; harassment; illegal activity; evading quotas, suspensions, or sender safeguards; or concealing that an automated sender is an AI agent.

Every outbound message is subject to WMHQ's enforced AI identification, provenance headers, volume and recipient limits, abuse controls, and suspension policy. Users and agents must not claim or imply that an AI-authored message was written by a human. BIMI display is recipient-dependent and is not a substitute for the visible disclosure.

WMHQ may reject mail, suspend an installation, rotate credentials, or preserve audit data when reasonably necessary to protect recipients, infrastructure, reputation, or legal compliance. Service limits and retention periods may change to preserve safe and reliable operation. Attachments are not accepted in the initial service.

Installation credentials must remain under OSCAR's machine-level protected storage and must not be exposed to agents, prompts, email content, or third parties. The installation owner remains responsible for the conduct of enabled agents and for reviewing autonomous-email settings.
